Agadir – In a vibrant spring atmosphere filled with energy and a spirit of solidarity, students of Mohammed Zerktouni High School in Agadir organized a comprehensive recreational day for the benefit of the orphans of Alhanane Association for Orphan Care in Azrou. This noble humanitarian initiative embodied the values of social solidarity and openness to the broader human community.
The program began with a warm welcome for the orphaned children. The students carefully decorated the venue with balloons and festive ornaments, creating a joyful atmosphere that brought happiness to the children from the very first moments. An interactive music workshop followed, featuring songs and chants in which the children participated enthusiastically, reflecting their quick engagement and positive interaction with the day’s activities.
A Shared Breakfast Strengthening the Spirit of One Family
After the musical segment, everyone gathered around a collective breakfast prepared for the orphans. It was a warm and heartfelt moment marked by a sense of togetherness and sharing. The children exchanged conversations with their supervisors and the high school students, in a scene that reflected the strong bonds formed during the meeting.
Creative Workshops… Colors and Dreams
The program continued with a series of artistic and creative workshops, including drawing, beadwork, and modeling clay activities. The children unleashed their imagination by crafting small colorful creations and drawing pictures that expressed nature, hope, and the innocence of childhood. A face-painting session was also organized, transforming the children’s faces into vibrant canvases adorned with hearts, stars, and bright colors, amid spontaneous laughter that filled the space with joy and life.
The high school students demonstrated strong educational awareness and a high sense of responsibility while supervising the workshops, guiding the children step by step and encouraging them to express themselves with confidence and pride.
Sports Competitions in a Joyful Spirit
The day also featured energetic sports activities, with group games and competitions that added dynamism to the atmosphere. The children competed in a spirit of fun and sportsmanship, cheered on by applause and encouragement from those present.

At midday, everyone gathered for a communal lunch, before the event concluded with singing performances, riddles, and cultural competitions that ignited the children’s enthusiasm and highlighted their talents in interaction, singing, and participation.
This initiative was more than just a recreational day; it was a practical lesson in values education and a humanitarian message affirming that volunteer work remains a true bridge for spreading joy and strengthening a culture of solidarity.
